The Kiwi Express Hotel welcomes our guests to invite their friends over to enjoy our warmest hospitality. However, it is important to be considerate other customers. All visitors must stay in our 2nd floor and the visiting hour is from 9am to 10pm. For security consideration of other guests, it is forbidden for visitors to stay overnight.

• For environmental consideration, some hotel facilities are time-limited.
• Please protect the facilities at all the time and return the public property to the original position and recycle rubbish.
• To be part of green hotel, we only provide non-disposable toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel and hair dryer. You can also purchase other disposable toiletries in 2nd floor vending machine.
• Please follow the rules above, any damages will be charged for additionally fee. 

Accommodation Rules

• Register at front desk for any visitor. 
• The bedding and pillow are placed in the closet, please do not take away. Furthermore, please place all the bedding on the bunk before check out.
• Please keep your voice down and do not disturbing other guests.
• Please put your cellphone on silent after 10:30pm, try not to disturb other hotel guests when enter the dormitory after 11pm.
• All customers must be above the age of 18, if you are between the ages of 16 to 18, you are requested to be accompanied by your parents or adult guardian.
• Due to the size of bunk bed, If you are over the age of 65, above height of 180cm, or weight above 95kg, please consider the room condition before making the reservation
• Please pack your luggage and your personal belonging safely, especially valued possessions. Kiwi does not take responsibility for any damage or loss of property.
• All visitors must stay in our 2nd floor and the visiting hour is from 9am to 10pm. For security consideration of other guests, it is forbidden for visitors to stay overnight.

Restaurant Rules

• The opening hour for restaurant and restaurant is from 7am to midnight.
• Keep the restaurant clean and tidy at all the time.
• Do not take the cutlery and any public property out of the kitchen.
• After your meal, please clean up and return all cutleries back to kitchen.
• Operate the stoves and heating appliances carefully. 

Laundry Room

• Opening 24 Hours.
• Follow the directions of the washing machine
• Please do not remove other guest's laundry. 
• Please double check before collecting your laundry, as it is difficult to trace up lost laundry.
• Laundry basket is provided for your conveniences, please return to the original position after used.

Luggage

• Hotel guest’s luggage can store in front desk.
• Prohibited items are not allowed in the luggage.
• All belongings and luggage must be pack carefully. Kiwi does not take responsibility for any damage or loss of property.

Recreation Area

• Opening hours from 7am to midnight.
• Please keep you voices down in the lounge. 
• Please put your phone on silent.
• Please keep all equipment in the right place.
• Please return the newspaper and magazine to original place after reading.
• Business Centre is only for searching information. (Online game, online video, and file storage are not allowed.
